King Tut leaves Sept. 5

If you and the family make it to Minneapolis/St. Paul for this Labor Day weekend (and for the state fair!) definitely take time out to visit the Science Museum of Minnesota (St. Paul) and check out the King Tutankhamun: The Golden King and the Great Pharaohs exhibit.  The very last day of this exhibit is Monday, Sept. 5 so you only have a few days left! This grandforksnodak family has been to the exhibit and it’s worth seeing. There are a lot of artifacts of the pharaohs and royal families, the movie in the omnitheater is very informative and all in all – it’s seeing a very cool aspect of Egypt without having to fly overseas. Awaken the archeologist in your kids and see King Tut!
