Recently  Jeana has been hospitalized at the Children’s Hospital in Minneapolis with health complications. After CT Scans, Spinal Tap, MRI, and bone marrow biopsies, Jeana has been diagnosed with the rare Drug Induced Hypersensitivity Syndrome as well as Hemophagocytic Lymphhistiocystosis (HLH), an uncommon blood disorder which the body does not fight off infections properly, and can be considered fatal if  goes undiagnosed and needs to be treated immediately.  Treatments can include Bone Marrow or Stem Cell transplantation, chemotherapy or other IV drugs. Each case is unique.
At this time, Jeana is positively responding to a less invasive treatment, through medications. Jeana will be undergoing further surgical procedures as well.
